In any organization, whether government, charity, welfare, child protection, or something, there are people! And where there are people, you get people up and down the people, and tortuous, racist, and everything else. The organization (VSO) is not inherently racist.

Do not pay attention to these kinds of people, those who complain most of the racists, what are the real racists. This whole question is about the fact that these plaintiffs do not believe that racist enough efforts are made to them in black and resentment than any other demographic characteristic of no help. It is the same way with all the more. It’s always about them and make them all free and no one else is allowed to help or get a type or in any way thats racist. I work for an international aid agency is known in one of its branches, and teaches us that religion is someones, sexuality, color, etc., they should not be treated differently, even if it against your self-esteem. Which is as it should be that it would be better if there is no discrimination at all.
